If you are unhappy with an item we will gladly accept the item back and you will receive a merchandise credit. We ask that you mail the item back promptly in order to receive your merchndise credit. We DO NOT offer refunds. We are able to offer store credit only within 7 days of your purchase. Returns will be issued as a store credit only. Returns for store credit must meet the following requirements:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to The So Dreamy Company.
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
The So Dreamy Company diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
***Non-returnable merchandise include: any merchandise marked "Final Sale," bras, panties, bodysuits, swimwear, masks, any sets including a mask and all accessories.
We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
**Please include your original packing slip so that we are able to identify your purchase. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Not a So Dreamy VIP member? Simply sign up for our SMS messaging. Add qualifying item(s) totaling $60 USD* or more to your shopping bag, enter your exclusive code and Standard Shipping & Handling charges will automatically be deducted for eligible orders. If you choose an Express Shipping option, you will only be charged the upgrade cost.
Merchandise total must be $60 or more after any rewards (e.g., Cardmember Rewards, Birthday Rewards, Reward Cards, etc.), offers, or promotions are applied. Shipping & Handling, taxes, gift cards, gift wrap & kits do not qualify towards the minimum purchase.
Orders typically are typically processed in 1-2 days of purchase. For standard shipping, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason any changes or cancellations must be made by contacting our Customer Service Team within 1 hour of placing your order.
Every product we ship out is carefully inspected, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 5-7 days of receiving your package. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you.
If you believe you have a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team for further instructions. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to determine the most appropriate resolution. We will replace the faulty item with a comparable product, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.
Although we strive for the best shopping experience, mistakes can happen and the wrong items are shipped from our warehouse. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause and our customer service team is here to help make things right.
