All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Domestic orders typically deliver within 3-5 business days.
We do not ship orders on weekends, or holidays.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The Dreamy Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Dreamy Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package via USPS with the tracking number that was provided to you.
Please note the availability date for preorders as these items ship as they become available.
Due to the highly intimate nature of shapewear, we do not allow for returns or exchanges. For this reason customers are strongly advised to take their measurements to ensure that they are ordering the correct size. Please do not use your dress size to determine your size. We have included a size chart on each product page for your convenience.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
